Snap Judgements

I don't know about you but this was brought to my attention- I call them LABELS. We, shoot off without slowing our speech to think about encouraging words.  I don't like when I do it and it's being brought to my attention more and more.
It disheartens me that we, friends, believers, Christians...we spend as much time or more -NOT encouraging our brothers and sisters but instead throwing out QUICK and sharp shooting labels.

Luke 6:37-42 ESV

“Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven; give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.” He also told them a parable: “Can a blind man lead a blind man? Will they not both fall into a pit? A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone when he is fully trained will be like his teacher. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? ...

Matthew 7:1-2 ESV

“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you.

Disobedience

I heard on the radio that it's blatant disobedience knowing something's wrong and doing it anyway.  That's lack of wisdom.

The Power that Made the Body Heals the Body

You know that the body is a miracle? Right?  Of course you do. With that in mind let's talk about the new table I have for Spinal Decompression Therapy.

Gifts and talents

The 'devil' says you're strange but you're just unique!
There's nothing wrong with you because you're not like everyone else?
Feeling rejected? No one is rejected.  It's your thought, that the devil will pull your chains to win the war.
Getting beyond feelings and living in the word of God knowing the Holy Spirit is guiding us with surrendering to the High Priest.

Spinal Decompression

Wow it's amazing how the "spine" being our foundation for health relates to PRECEPTS from the Word of God.
How so you ask? The spine is the Foundation for carrying the vital messages from the brain to the body for function. It needs to be healthy first, then the branches, and external organs will receive correct and proper information for function- thereby BETTER HEALTH.

A Welcome to Honest Living

The Bible is honest about life in this fallen world. This honesty is a sign of God's love. He's the wise and gentle father preparing his child for that walk through a tough neighborhood on the first day of school. He's the faithful friend praying with you before you face an unusual challenge. He's the caring physician informing you of what to expect from the disease he's just diagnosed.

Paul Tripp-ministries
A primary goal of all this diagnosis, description, warning, comfort, and counsel is to call us to certain ways of living. Why would you need to be "completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love," (Ephesians 4:2-3) if you were not living in a community of flawed people where this kind of character is essential? Relationships in a fallen world are hard. Ministry to flawed people is fraught with difficulty. Character is needed because the world is broken.

In being honest, the Bible welcomes you to be honest as well. In its refusal to minimize, diminish, or deny the harsh realities of this broken-down house, the Bible calls us to face the facts as well. Things are not okay around us or inside us. The brokenness presses in on every side. What should we do with all this? Let me suggest five ways to pursue the character qualities to which God calls us, and in that way prepare ourselves to participate more effectively in the great task of restoration.

STRESSED?

Morning Relaxation with Jesus

Take time every morning to reflect on yesterday and plan out today's events. (This is a good time to make up your Top 5 List.) With the barrage of nonstop information overload in today's society, it's more important than ever to take quiet moments. Set your alarm 15 minutes early and wake up to silence. Do not turn on the television or open the newspaper.

PRAYER TIME! Time to fellowship with our Father and Lord.

You may find that problems that previously plagued you suddenly become more manageable and fall into perspective.

When was the last time you sat in a room without white noise all around? Try it and see what happens. I have a feeling you will find it to be one of the most enjoyable moments of your day.
